UC San Diego Housing: Warren College
Earl Warren College honors the former U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice, who believed that responsible citizens take charge of their lives. Students are encouraged to connect their education with personal and career goals.
Neighborhood & Housing
Residence halls feature suites of Double, Single, and Triple rooms overlooking the UCSD Ecological Reserve. Freshmen may also be housed in apartments, located on the opposite side of Canyon Vista and Earl’s Place eateries. Each two bedroom apartment houses four to six students in Double rooms. First year students may also overflow to Revelle Residence Halls.
Warren Housing offers covered bike storage and laundry rooms, student activities center, Earl’s Fun House, a Mac lab, Canyon Vista restaurant, Earl’s Place (a gourmet coffee shop and convenience store) and OLÉ (an online bulk grocery store). Residential buildings surround basketball and sand volleyball courts. Canyonview Aquatic Center with an Olympic-size pool, climbing wall and weight room is close by.

Residential Life at Earl Warren College
Residential Life sponsors over 200 events each year which encourage educational, cultural, social, and recreational development. Topics include academic advising, tutoring, leadership development, political issues, multiculturalism, drug/alcohol education, career exploration, casino nights, and concerts. Additionally, students can enhance the quality of student life at Warren through WAVE (volunteer organization), Dean’s Advisory Council, Student Council, and event programming.
